1. About these terms

3. Product information

Please review each product’s description, selected variant, dimensions, included items, and instructions before ordering.

Screen settings may cause minor differences in how colors appear. Accessories or props shown in photos are not included unless the product description specifically lists them.

We aim to provide accurate information. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you with the correction and available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the storefront or at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.

Discounts are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Unless expressly permitted, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

5. Orders and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill it lawfully. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation or address correction, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law.

6. Shipping and fulfillment

Some products ship directly from third-party suppliers, including suppliers outside the United States. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

WantDatNow remains your contact for order support, delivery issues, and refunds. Using a supplier does not remove our responsibilities to you.

Processing and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy and relevant product or checkout details. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless we expressly state that it is guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any required delay notice, request your consent where required, and offer applicable cancellation and refund options.

Contact us if an order is missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will investigate and provide any resolution required by our policies and applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains return deadlines, authorization, shipping costs, inspection, and refund processing.

For change-of-mind returns, products must satisfy the stated return conditions, including being unused and returned with all originally supplied components.

These conditions do not excuse defects, damage, or missing items present when the order arrived. Customers are not required to return components they never received.

The return terms applicable when you placed your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.

8. Product use

Follow the supplied instructions, warnings, age restrictions, and maintenance guidance.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow reasonable instructions may make a voluntary return ineligible. This does not remove rights relating to a defective or unsafe product.

9. Website content and reviews

Our website content is owned by WantDatNow or used with permission. Do not copy or commercially reuse protected content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove spam, threats, unlawful material, or content unrelated to the product. We do not remove a review solely because it is negative.

10. Third-party services and privacy

Our store uses Shopify and other providers for services such as payment processing and fulfillment. Their applicable terms may govern your use of their services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Completing an order does not, by itself, require you to consent to optional marketing.

11. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors may occur. We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend website functions.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or overrides an express product promise, applicable warranty, or mandatory consumer remedy.

12. Questions and disputes

Please contact us first with an order concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain any rights to contact your payment provider, a consumer-protection agency, or a court.

These terms are governed by Georgia law to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order.
